Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate for shipping on all online orders.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

$15 Ontario

$17 Quebec

$20 Other Provinces

$22 USA

We do not offer lettermail or free shipping on any of our products.

 

How to use October free Shipping Labels

In October 2022 Canada Post is offering free shipping to small businesses for packages up to 5kg.

If you want to use a Canada Post Free Shipping label for one of your Mimi orders please follow these steps:

1. Place Your Mimi online order and select "October Free Shipping Label" as shipping option.

2. Get your Canada Post shipping label (use the maximum dimensions and weight allowed), use our shop address as "Ship From"

3. Send the label via e-mail ton info@mimifabrics.com with your order number in the subject line

Please note that if your package exceeds the Canada Post maximum allowance for free shipping they may charge extra fees to you.

 

Combined Shipping

You can place add on orders to an exisitng order and select "combine with outstanding order" as shipping option so you do not have to pay the shipping charges again.

This option is only available if you have already placed an order and paid shipping and it has not yet shipped.

Make sure to check if your order is still pending before selecting this option.

 

Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your order from us you can select "Customer Pick Up" as shipping option.

You will be able to select your pick up location from the dropdwon field.

Pick Up Bin - Bells Corners (any time ) address and instrcutions will be provided upon shipment

 

Prices
All fabrics and trims are priced per half meter (50cm) unless otherwise stated. QTY 1 = 50cm QTY=100cm

Fabrics are cut continuous unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars before applicable taxes.

 

Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to orders must be made withing 1 hour of ordering.

We retain a 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders that have already been processed and cut.

 

Returns:

Items thatr are cut to size, such as fabric by the meter and trims cannot be returned.

Items in original packaging (other than cut to sized items) can be returned for a full refund withing 14 days of the receipt of the product. Returned proucts must be in original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.

Shipping costs are cannot be refunded. The customer is resposible for any postage incurred for return shipping.

 

Quality Assurance
We perform a visual check on all fabrics before packing and shipping and will not send out damaged good.

But since we are human even we can sometimes miss tiny flaws, so if you have an issue with one of your fabric pruchase please let us know right away!

During the production process most fabrics are either sewn or glued onto fabric rolls in the factory, therefore is it expected that fabrics to have flaws within 5 cm (2 inches) of the selvage edge. Flaws withing that range will pass our QA and are not considered damaged.
