Oversized Shirt (XL - 3XL) - The Assembly Line
The oversized shirt sewing pattern is based on a classic style but with an oversized fit. It features relaxed shoulders, a traditional shirt collar or standing straight collar, a rear box pleat and side seam pockets.
Both models are wearing a size S, the model in white is 170 cm tall and the model in grey is 178 cm tall.

Fabric needed:
140-150 cm fabric width
XS 1.8 m / S 1.9 m / M 2.0 m / L 2.1 m / XL 2.2 m / 2XL-3XL 2.3 m
110-120 cm fabric width
XS 2.4 m / S 2.5 m / M-L 2.6 m / XL-3XL 3.0 m
Suggested fabrics are light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, linen, crepe de chine or wool crepe.
You will also need:
Matching thread
11 shirt buttons, approx 1 cm
Fusible interfacing
YOUR BODY MEASUREMENTS (cm)
Measurements should be taken directly on your body.
1 Chest: Measure the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits.
2 Waist: Measure above your navel.
3 Arm length: Measure from shoulder to wrist.
4 Seat: Measure your low hip around the fullest part of your hip.
5 Inside leg: Inside leg is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor.
